People think Alexi is an idiotic showoff at best, a complete asshole at worst. But Tuomas thinks the clown is a mask, and wants to get to know the real Alexi.

When Kia Dickinson's visiting American cousin confides that she's pregnant and doesn't know what to do, Kia suggests that her father and his partner might adopt the baby.

Tuomas gets unreasonable when Emppu meets Jani at a festival and chooses to hang out with him instead of with his bandmates.

After the last festival of the season, Emppu goes to Helsinki with his new boyfriend Esa, looking forward to spending some quality time together.

At the end of the Dark Passion Play tour, Anette goes on holiday in Portugal, intent on relaxing with her boyfriend following the grueling tour, only to have him break up with her. She decides to continue her holiday without him. Steve Harris is alone in Portugal on a business trip regarding his bar there, and is frustrated because the business is taking far longer than he expected. Deciding to have a few drinks to forget his problems for an evening, he bumps into Anette, who is doing the same thing.

At a festival and upset at watching Tuomas go off with yet another groupie, Emppu collides with Esa Holopainen of Amorphis as he heads for the beer tent. Esa, upset for reasons of his own, proposes they drink together, so that neither of them do anything stupid while drunk. The two make friends, and over the course of the festival season, grow closer to one another.

Emppu kisses Tuomas under the mistletoe, but the result isn't quite what he'd hoped.

The nuclear war caused the Earth itself to retaliate with series of volcanic eruptions, ruining 90% of the whole globe. Several factions seek power and it's up to The Free to end their reign of death and massacre in the North. The North shows them its power, which could work to their favor...

After the filming of Imaginaerum is finished, Tuomas has a... disturbing... experience.
